职位描述：
职位描述：
1、负责公司各项产品的视觉设计、用户交互设计与运营设计；
2、根据用户体验设定UI/UX设计规范及风格，并把握产品设计及优化的方向，并能结合运营的思考；
3、与整个项目团队合作，全面挖掘用户需求，不断提升用户体验及产品易用性，共同达成终极产品目标；
4、参与产品前期规划构思、产品概念传达和创意过程。

任职要求：
1、性格乐观上进，抗压性强，有强烈的团队合作意识及出色的沟通能力；
2、设计类相关专业本科(含)以上学历，美术功底扎实；具备手绘和插画等相关经验者优先；
3、有5年以上UI/UX工作经验，熟练掌握视觉设计及交互设计方法，对视觉设计及交互设计有独到的理解及创新；
4、对用户体验及交互设计有深刻的理解,能够不断提出符合用户需求的设计方案；
5、简历请附上优秀设计作品；
