Help the LEGO® Group develop our design and production capabilities.
We’re looking for a tooling expert to optimize mold design and enable millions of children to play with new, innovative products.
Work with one of the world’s most powerful brands
? Lead all high complexity molds handling
? Work with external suppliers to develop LEGO® novelty and reorder molds based on LEGO® specifications
? Own the supplier tooling capability evaluations and developments
? Develop LEGO® tooling guidelines
? Be influential in developing our sustainable tooling capability
? Achieve the KPI of mold optimization and technology innovation
? Build and drive the feasibility study of innovative ideas
? Ensure a safe work environment
? Provide support and feedback to the team to ensure quality work

Do you have what it takes?
? A Bachelor’s degree in mold design
? At least ten years’ experience in tool shop departments
? Hands-on experience of tool DFM and mold design
? Project management experience
? Strong record in mold design and mold fabrication
? Experience working on multi-color component mold designs, including multi-K molding between ABS and TPU
? Technical mind-set
? Experience of 3D modelling software like UG and AUTOCAD
? Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills
? First-class organizational and collaboration skills
? Familiarity with new technologies including gas assistance injection molding, IMD and IML
