职位描述：
1.Develop, optimize and carry out in-house CAR-T projects in accordance with company’s business plan and overall R&D program.
2.Supervise and conduct CAR-T viral vector development, including vector design and construction, vector expression and purification, vector transduction and quantification, and related assay development and optimization.
3.Provide technical support to GMP team in vector GMP manufacturing implementation
4.Conduct research project independently, and use available resource to complete research design, experiment execution, data collection and analysis, documentation and report.
5.Introduce the cutting-edge technologies and research methods into current R&D projects
6.Collaborate with other scientists in project risk assessment to analyze and solve the emerging problems.
7.Other duties as assigned

任职要求：
1.Senior Scientist: Ph.D or M.D. with 3-5 years postgraduate research experience in oncology, immunology or cellular and molecular biology. Research Scientist: Ph.D or M.D. with 0-2 years postgraduate research experience in oncology, immunology or cellular and molecular biology. Significant abroad experience is preferred.
2.2+ years R&D experience in CAR-T or mammalian transfection system is highly desired.
3.Hand-on experience in lentiviral vector construction and transduction, primary cellisolation and tissue culture, cell expansion and differentiation, cytotoxicity assay, IHC, IB, IF
4.Expertise in qPCR, Flow-cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and current molecular biology and immunology approaches.
5.Knowledgeable of research compliance, research ethics, and research data documentation
6.Track record of publication, patent application and/or invited conference presentation
7.Strong skills at multitasking, intercommunication, project management, documentation and teamwork.
8.Expertise in translational research or preclinical study of cancer immunotherapy; Engineered T cell therapy is a plus
