职位描述：
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of the chemical and mechanical testing requirements, safety standards and EU directives for car and bike accessories;
- Additional knowledge of DIY and/or camping/garden test requirements will be an advantage.
- University engineering degree holders with at least 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance Management/ Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines;
- Familiar with product expectations of Western customers regarding quality and function;
- Retailer or laboratory background is preferred;
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
- Strong team working capabilities and skills;
- Strong desire to work in a multi-national business with people from different nationalities;
- Good command of English/Mandarin, Chinese typing as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point ;
- Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Willing to take challenges;
- Prepared to travel throughout China or Asia for factory visits.

Main Responsibility:
- Control the product compliance with European, German and internal company requirements;
- Evaluate test reports and certificates provided by suppliers for completeness, validity and test limits;
- Release container shipments based on pre-shipment inspection reports and laboratory test reports;
- Consult the merchandising team in questions of product requirements;
- Check product samples provided by suppliers to evaluate the health and safety risks and other defects;
- Audit factories in respect of quality management and offer support in case improvement is needed;
- Analyze and follow-up customer complaints and government enquiries, represent company to attend meetings for quality assurance topics;
- Establish and maintain contact with test laboratories in order to keep the testing time-line and solve upcoming problems;
- Support the team of quality control inspectors in respect of product requirements and training; if required, perform pre-shipment inspections or in-line inspections;
- Other quality-related tasks.

工作职责：

- 控制产品质量要求，使其符合欧盟、德国以及公司内部的质量规定
- 检查供应商提供的测试报告和证书的完整性，有效性及测试限制要求
- 根据出货前验货报告和实验室测试报告来进行放货
- 指导采购部门解决关于产品质量要求的问题
- 检查供应商提供的样品，评估其是否无害、存在安全隐患及其他的缺陷
- 针对质量管理，审核工厂，对于提高质量管理进行指导支持
- 对于客户投诉及政府询问的产品问题进行分析并跟进，代表公司出席质量管理相关的会议
- 与第三方检测机构建立并保持联系，以便保证测试如期完成，及时解决新增的质量问题
- 对验货员团队进行产品质量要求方面的培训及支持，在必要时，进行终期检验以及生产线检验
- 其他与质量管理相关的工作
