Job summary:
This position is responsible for delivering a wide range of human resources services to Westrock (WRK) APAC business leaders and employees who are based in or connected with offices in Shanghai. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring quality service and support and doing so in compliance with national and local laws. Incumbent must be proficient in such key areas as Payroll, HRIS (People soft and other talents management system), and HR operation.

Location: Grand Gateway, No 1, Hongqiao Road, Shanghai

Key responsibility:
1. In charge of Westrock China Holding Company Payroll, liaison with Fesco, to ensure100% accuracy and on time delivery.
2. Review Taiwan, Hongkong, Singapore and Thailand payroll, coordinate monthly payment liaison with local finance teams, business leaders and vendors.
3. Provide payroll related report
4. Prepare China holding company annual labour cost budget and forecast
5. Support China holding company employees IIT annual declaration
6. Support C&B consultant and HRBP to facilitate the process of annual salary review, keep records of the compensation spending.
7. To be responsible for China Holding company Benefit related work such as medical commercial insurance
8. To conduct HR operations, work of employee life cycle such as onboarding, off-boarding, P-file management, leave management, etc
9. Create and Maintain necessary data and information in People soft, provide accurate data to region and team as required, make sure timely periodical reports are provide to update progress of HR activities.
10. Handle Routine HR Administration work including but not limited to HR expense tracking and Payment maintain the HR file, database and provide require Monthly reports to ensure the accurate information availability to meet regular HR operation, reporting and HR service requirements.
11. Provide consultancy to employees on HR related issues. Provide feedback and Recommendations to improve the policies, process, and services.
12. Other HR projects and ad-hoc assigned by HR manager.
          
 
Requirement:
? Bachelor degree with good English
? At least 3 – 5 years’ payroll / HRIS working experience in well-established MNC, multi business & matrix organization are highly preferred
? Logical, details orientation, good analysis
? Basic understanding of China labor law
? PeopleSoft
? Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
? Ability to identify nature problem and propose solutions for improvement
