Core Responsibilities
Support on Finance and eBusiness Applications
? Pro-actively resolve support requests from Disney users and licensees
? Analyze, diagnose, test and implement solutions to support requests according to professional structured approach
? Escalate and track support issues according to Operations team guidelines
? Handle system errors and work with end-users for diagnosis and analysis in a professional structured approach
? Escalate any unsolved issues to IT teams in Asia Pacific and Global for further diagnosis and analysis
? Empathize with end-users to provide the best-possible workarounds
Support Administration
? Provide support issue statistics and reports on a regular basis
? Use administrative tools to compile statistics and reports for business users on a regular basis
? Generate reports related to IT systems on a regular basis
? Verify accuracy of reports generated for IT systems
? Administer user ids and password by keeping records of all user ids and passwords created for all IT systems and all users in a professional and organized manner
? Use administrative tools to register new user ids and password or liaise with Support in US to set up new user accounts for all IT systems
? Administer password changes for end-users on regular basis
? Responsible to broadcast email communication to end users for planned system outages and upcoming release dates
Project Management
? Act as key contact on IT operations project with vendors, development team and end users
? Prepare documentation according to IT policy
? Document details on project status and report to IT Manager
? Understand the workings of different applications for training of end users whenever necessary
Training Management
? Act as training coordinator for IT training program for all APAC users
? Manage training schedule and eLearning project with Global team
? Work with trainers and end-users to manage training requirements
? Responsible all training logistics such as enrollment and venue booking etc.
Asset Management
? Monitor IT system monitoring for alerts
? Assist Ops team members in diagnosis, analysis, error verification and testing
? Assist the regular turnover calls between Global and regional operation support
Qualifications / other skills
Education
? Relevant tertiary-level qualification
? Degree in Computer Science or MIS is preferable
Skills
? Excellent customer service skills
? Practical financial application system analysis experience
? Strong process and systems analysis
? Strong project management skills
? Understanding of web applications and their behavior under different operation systems such as Windows and Mac OS
Experience
? Hands-on experience in application development
? Hands-on experience in System Development Life Cycle
? Minimum 3 years IT user support
? Minimum 2 year IT development/technical experience
? High proficiency in MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel (charts and sort data etc.), and Word
? Multi-national company experience is preferable
? Previous consulting experience is preferable
? ITIL certification is preferable
