职位描述：

Job Description
1. Working with business users to gather requirements, writing requirement functional specifications

2.Understanding business purpose and analyzing business scenario in order to straight out business process and data flow corresponding

3. Conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis
4. Managing business customers’ expectation

5. Managing any change request from business user and maintain the requirement traceability matrix.

6. Work with PM and development team to clarify the requirement.
7.Managing delivery progress of the requirements, Analyzing and controlling the risk

8. Grasping IT related knowledge
9. Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with and across functional background
10. Excellent client management skill.

11.Pro-active problem solving abilities。
12.Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and teams.
13. Ensured consistency of work, punctuality of deliverables and overall adherence to schedule.

14. Effectively communicates relevant project information to management.
Job Requirements (Please specify mandatory skills, additional skills)

Mandatory:
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? At least 3 years’ hands-on experiences as a business analyst.
? Professional team player with excellent communication skill.
? Capability on drafting the requirement document.
? Familiarly with software development life cycle.
? Good English and communication skills.

Additional:
? Experience working in Life Science is a plus.
