职位描述：
The Purchaser is responsible for the handling of all Hunter Gatherer’s order, including:
a) Order handling;
b) Balance of account with suppliers;
c) Maintain and improve the DC daily operation
订单处理专员负责悦衡食集所有订单的整理下达，主要包括：
1） 订单处理下达；
2） 付款及对账；
3） 维护与改善DC业务的日常运营

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
职责包括但不限于：

Order Handling 订单处理下达

？ Process the daily order from store and place order to DC or suppliers
门店日常订单的整理下达
？ Replenishment of the stock of kitchen, retail, and non-food products
DC库存的补货，包括厨房食材、零售及非食物料
？ Follow-up of order so as to assure the on-time delivery
订单到货的跟进，确保按时到货
？ Communicating with suppliers to deal with the quantity and quality problems
与供应商沟通并解决到货产品的数量及质量问题
？ Communicating with stores about the ordering request problems
与门店沟通并解决订单需求中出现的问题
？ Sending feedback to stores about the delivery time of the products in short supply
无法按时送货产品的交货期整理反馈门店
？ Collect and transfer the supplier information internally
及时收集并传递供应商的信息

Balance of account with suppliers 付款及对账

？ Application of all ordering payment
所有订货付款申请
？ Fapiao tracing and passing over to financial department
供应商发票跟进并提交财务
？ Checking the consistency between order, payment, and system record
核对订单、付款及系统入库数量的一致性

Maintain and improve the DC daily operation维护与改善DC业务的日常运营

？ Record the delivery accuracy from DC every day
每日记录门店订货及DC发货的准确率
？ Record and answer the problem raising by both store and DC every day
每日记录并回复门店或DC提出的问题
？ Check the accuracy of DC stock
抽检核对DC库存数量的准确性

工作地点：实习期公司仓库 （闵行区纪丰路）之后转到长宁区天山西路office办公（淞虹路站）
