1、参与公司年度人力资源规划拟定，根据公司的整体发展战略规划，组织拟订机构设置、岗位职责设计和定员定编方案，对公司组织架构设计和人员调配提出合理改进方案；

2、根据部门年度工作计划，完成公司招聘、培训、企业文化建设等工作；

2、负责新员工试用期评估，以及员工在岗评估及岗位调动等相关工作；

3、根据公司需求协助招聘、培训、薪酬绩效数据统计分析工作；

4、监督劳动合同的签订，组织受理劳动争议和员工投诉，并联合相关部门妥善解决。监督各类人事事务工作的开展，考勤、各类人事档案的归档保管、录用退工、入职离职手续办理等事宜；

5、上级交办的其他人事行政工作。

 

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、工商管理等相关专业；

2. 5年以上人事工作经验，熟悉人力资源各模块工作内容；

3. 条理清晰、沟通协调能力良好，有一定抗压能力，有团队协作精神；

4. 具备一定的英文听、说、读写能力，能有效处理英文邮件，能进行一般程度的口语沟通。
