职位描述：
主要职责：
1. 开发潜在客户，主要针对华东区工业行业;
2. 维护现有客户;定期拜访最终用户、设计院、客户等，并推广KSB产品;
3. 完成销售指标，并促进KSB产品在制定区域内的销售战略;
4. 建立销售网络，并与各部门良好沟通;
5. 持续提升KSB产品的客户满意度;
6. 其他由上级领导指派的任务.

基本要求:
1. 至少五年以上在阀门或相关领域的销售工作经验;
2. 本科及以上学历；机械、工业自动化及相关专业的优先考虑;
3. 熟悉华东区化工、石化、工程公司和外资客户的优先考虑
4. 有备件和技改销售经验的优先考虑
5. 有现场服务经验的优先考虑
6. 良好的谈判和沟通技巧，能开发新客户
7. 诚实、正直、勤奋，良好的团队合作能力;
8. 良好的英语书写以及学习能力



Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop the potential customer, focus the east-china market
2. Focus the company’s key-customer, include EPC、OEM、end-user, introduce KSB product
3. Achieve sales target and promote sales strategies for KSB products in the defined area
4. .Build-up sales network and improve communicating of project with Competence Centre
5. Continuously increasing customer satisfaction of KSB products
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.


Requirement profile:
Formal education: Bachelor Degree majored in engineering or Industrial automation, especially fluid machinery;
Professional experience: At least 5 years experience in Valves or the related products sales in industry; Prefer to person, familiar business in chemical, petro-chemical, EPC and muti-national company; Prefer to person, have experience in MRO business; Prefer to person, have experience in service on-site
Special skills: Good customer knowledge of a certain industry or territory, able to work independently and develop the new customer; Good command of English both in writing and learning.
Defined competencies: Good team player, honesty and integrity, willing to learn new knowledge; Strong negotiation and influencing skills. 举报 分享
