职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:

Collection of market information, and look for potential suppliers market at home and abroad to meet the requirements, cost analysis and control.
Supplier management: the development of new suppliers & eliminating unqualified suppliers, and is responsible for the tracking control of the whole process of development and elimination.
Technology file management to the supplier, make sure that suppliers have the latest valid version.
The implementation of the localization project and the tracking control, and cooperate with R&D department to carry out the implementation of the new materials and new products.
Cost control and analysis: use procurement tools for cost reduction, responsible for annual frame contract negotiations with suppliers.

Requirements:
Familiar with supplier relationship management, competitive bidding, negotiation process, process analysis, supply agreements, and writing contracts etc.
Excellent negotiation skills
Good written and oral communication skill in English
Intermediate to expert level skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 举报 分享
