职位描述：
Production Manager

1.Overall description
The aim for SinoScan Manufacturing is to produce assembled products for SinoScan customers in high quality and at competitive prices delivered on time. The Production Manager for SinoScan Manufacturing is overall responsible for all internal production and stock management activities in the company including procedures, administration, production methods and person management.
 
2.Reference
Reference is to the Managing Director of SinoScan (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.
3.Main Tasks
Supervise and evaluate staff in all function in SinoScan Manufacturing.
Decide who is doing what and make plans to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Optimize staff. This includes making sure that resources are balanced between being enough and utilized efficiently.
Ensure that efficient manufacturing methods are used for tasks in the workshop to keep manufacturing costs down.
Ensure that good procedures are in place and followed. This includes procedures for planning, purchasing, workshop administration, AQ/QC, and handling of stock.
Ensure that workshop and stock are well organized and kept in clean and nice.
Make budgets and follow-up on financial figures and performance statistics.
Ensure that implementation of new products in manufacturing is done in good and controlled quality and participate in product projects as needed.
Co-ordinate activities with other Department in SinoScan China
Arrange education and generally ensure development of staff skills.
Ensure a safe working environment without health risk for employees.
Promote a good working atmosphere in good surrounding where employees are happy to work.
Make plans for further development of the workshop in Business Plans and get them implemented

 Solid knowledge of manufacturing procedures, systems and methods
 Project management skills
 Good abilities to make processes efficient
 Efficient and creative at problem solving
 Solid IT knowledge.
