职位描述：

• 次月3号在系统内生成并发送上个月1号-31号的销售/采购月结账单 Pull out sales invoice statement and purchase invoice statement for the last month in the 3rd day of the following month and send to clients/suppliers in the system.
• 处理客人/供应商反馈关于销售/采购月结账单的邮件 Deal with the emails about sales invoice statement and purchase invoice statement from clients and suppliers.
• 每月12号确认好所有的销售/采购月结账单，并在系统内标识出来以供同事处理后续发票Confirm the sales invoice statement and purchase invoice statement before the 12nd every month and mark the completed status for the colleague dealing with the VAT invoice.
• 非常规开票申请Submit the VAT invoice issue application manually for the special requirements by the clients.
• 每月15号前核对开票申请总金额与”应收单管理”列表总金额（按月份查询）是否一致；若不一致，需查明原因并解决Check the total amount in the VAT issue application form is accordance with the one in AR management in the system.
• 核对供应商发票时，核对系统里的“采购发票明细查询”（按月份查询）与“应付单管理”列表（按月份查询）总金额是否一致，若不一致，需查明原因并解决

Check the total amount of the purchase invoice statement with the one in AP management in the system.

• 收到供应商发票后，在系统内的采购发票执行查询总金额是否与供应商开票总金额一致Check the total amount in the suppliers’ VAT invoice with the one in purchase invoice statement in the system.
• 每月5号查看公共盘里的上个月出口明细汇总表格，并及时通知供应商这部分单独开票Check the export order list on 5th day every month, and inform suppliers to issue VAT invoice separately.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience from a similar position 2-3年相似工作岗位的工作经验
• Written and oral proficiency in English and Chinese 英语和汉语的读写能力
• Strong coordinator, structured and detail oriented 协调能力强，有规划并且务实
• Excel super user 极强的Excel技能
