职位描述：
岗位职责：
--操作客户订单系统，收集订单，确认订单和订舱。
--制作出口单证，审核相关文件。
--与工厂，客户，物流公司协调，确保订单按时出货。
--跟踪公司产能，对比客户需求，预警产能缺口。
--确保订单系统的数据及时准确的录入。
--优化交货时间和物流方案。
--优化集装箱装箱率。

 
--Follow up daily order confirmation and booking.
--Export documents maintenance.
--Coordinate with factory, customer and logistic company , securing on time delivery.
- On-time data inputting for system
- Optimize lead time and transport solution.
--Improve the filling rate of container.
 
任职要求：
--本科学历，物流管理，外贸及相关专业。
-- 一年以上外贸跟单或物流管理工作经验。
-- 熟悉进出口贸易流程
-- 熟练使用EXCEL软件，熟练使用宏，数据透视表，VLOOKUP等功能。
-- 英语读写良好，大学英语六级425分以上。
-- 注意细节，善于沟通，具备良好的团队精神。
-- 接受应届毕业生实习
-Bachelor degree in logistics management, trading. Etc.
-At least one year experience of logistics management or export trading planning.
-Familiar with export trading process
-Advanced user of Excel.
-Good command of speaking and writing English
