1)Academic’s degree or above in architecture and interior design;
2)A minimal of 6 years design and managment experience in office design;
3)Strong team-work ability; overseeing a 5-7 person design team;
4) Good English and Chinese communication ability，Japanese is a plus;
5) Good at Construction Documents Production
6)Be proficient in using design software: Archicad and/or Autocad, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator or other graphic design programs Flash, Dreamweaver or other web design programs
7)Understanding of local building regulations and practices
