职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Planning, Organization and Coordination of personal and business events.
- Able to manage and tackle business event project setup and communications.
- Screen phone calls, dealing with incoming enquires, arrange meetings, making appointments to ensure CEO's best use of time in ultimate efficiency.
- Organize and update CEO’s work and personal calendars.
- Prepare and produce business documents, data and reports for CEO, organize meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
- Undertake project tasks and market research.
- Collect and organize various data and documents, and perform efficient filing system.
- Booking travel & accommodation, household management, gifts purchasing and distributions.
- Deal responsibly with sensitive information, reports & documentation in a confidential manner.
- Provide other secretarial support and resolutions to CEO with both personal issues & business matters.

Requirements:
- Min 2 year working experiences as a PA for GM or CEO in MNC.
- With Events Organization or Marketing work experiences is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding to western culture and lifestyle in Shanghai.
- Resourceful and enjoys finding solutions, and able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Very organized person with strong ability in professional organizing and planning.
- Has a positive and pleasant attitude towards all tasks, very simple and complex projects
