Main Responsibility
- Establish and implement office admin policies, procedure, and management system;

- Provide high quality, prompt office administration management, including but not limited to, Cleaning service/Office supplies etc;

- Admin related vendor management, evaluate service vender’s performance and focus on continue service quality improvement;

- Office Layout and facilities management

- Company Activities Organization and Support, eg. Annual Party

- Other assignment from HR/Admin Manager

Requirement
- College degree or above
- Administration management or related major;

- More than 3 years in office administration;

- Good communication and coordination ability and sense of service, team work spirit;

- Accountable and Detailed

- Fluently English in both oral and writing.
