职位描述：
Responsibilities：
? Responsible for Product Quality Control and drive quality towards specific target (OSA product).
? Factory quality performance management including SPEC, criteria definition.
? Ensure New Product Introductions fulfill quality & reliability requirements through phase exit reviews.
? Data analyze on process/product deviation to identify root cause for continuously improvement and customer satisfaction enhance.
? Support for RMA case with affected material quarantine, and related corrective actions proliferate on similar product(FMEA)
? Involve in supplier quality issue with affected material quarantine and risk assessment
? Be the voice of customer and champion quality in a dynamic environment.
? Initiate self-assessment/audit to identify area for improvement and follow up action items until full implementation
? Drive for critical failure and yield drop analysis with 8D approachfor systematic reason invesgiate.

Requirements:
? BS degree or above, optical or electronic engineering background are preferred.
? 3+ years of experience in optical communication or electronic manufacturing industry.
? Skill in FMEA/MSA/SPC/8D and related quality engineering tools.
? Experineced in statistical data analysis, JMP or Minitab software operation required.
? Excellent communicate and coordinate skills in both English and Chinese.
? Good team work spirit and high liability under complicated situation.
