职位描述：
The Account Director will be working with clients in the development, management and optimization of their digital programs and maintaining relationships with key external partners. This role will focus on three key areas to drive the tourism business forward: Client Management, Team Account Management, and Project Management.

Located in New York, New York, as part of Mailman, you will work across globes and represent our tourism business in the USA.

Account Director
- Manage the overall agency /client relationship providing strategic input while guiding teams towards achieving client objectives
- Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies
- Manage program execution and financial performance while ensuring that overall strategy is sound and on point
- Build teams, think strategically and develop successful client-agency relationships
- Establish rapport and maintain long-term relationships with client and executives
- Ensure tactical alignment with stated goals, objectives and strategy
- Prioritize and set expectations on key deliverables
- Utilize sound project management processes and tools to instill project management discipline and work collaboratively with other team members
- Work with KOLs, celebrities, and editors to ensure maximum impact
- Assist in review for all final documentation before reaching client

Desired Degree/Skills

- University degree
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin languages (both spoken and written)
- 7-10 years of agency/client service experience
- Familiarity with promotional marketing programs and consumer engagement programs
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Must be able to handle multiple projects, multiple clients and changing priorities
- Be able to work independently and efficiently
- Travel required (including international travel) – ability to qualify for international travel visas will be required 举报 分享
