Leading & management department of nursing through cooperation with company’s healthcare facilities. Improve nurse quality service through nurse strategic planning, policy and protocol define,
Practice guidance, and education.
通过与公司医疗设备的合作来领导和管理护理部，对护士进行战略规划、政策和协议定义、实践指导、和教育来提高护理质量。

1. Assessment nurse department practice & analysis where is the gap comparing with the international standards
对护士进行评估，找出实际操作和理论分析之间的差距和问题。
2. Design or refine nurse department policies, procedures, flow charts and documentations.
制作护理部相关政策、流程、流程图和规范操作文件。
3. Define the nurse department quality management system
制定护理部质量管理系统。
4. Design & plan nurse department education & training
制定护理部再教育培训。
5. Provide guidance & support to facilities’ nursing leaders
对护士长提供指导和支持。

Key Skills & Competencies 关键技能和胜任力：
1. Have a bachelor degree of nursing
持有护理专业本科学位。
2. Have over 15 years clinic nursing experience
拥有10年以上护理工作经验。
3. Have international hospital working experience for over 5 years
拥有5年以上大型医院工作经验。
4. Have over 2 year senior management experience

With headquarter is in Seattle, USA, CPM is an international business that develops and operates hospitals, clinics and senior living facilities in Asia.
CPM owns Columbia Asia, which has nearly 30 hospitals, clinics, and extended care facilities in Malaysia, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
In Year 2011, Columbia China set up the head office in Shanghai. To meet China's growing demand for international standard medical services, Columbia China will invest in the establishment of a number of comprehensive, specialized hospitals, clinics, pension care and rehabilitation facilities throughout the country.
