Position Description:
Quality Assurance Operational Associates will play an important role supporting ELEVATE global QA and integrity function. He or she will work closely with senior manager of global quality and integrity to enhance ELEVATE quality management system, data analysis and communication with global operational hubs for consistent ELEVATE quality and integrity expectations.

The primary responsibilities include the following:
1. Quality Management System document control
a. Maintain document control master file up to date;
b. Archive documents and maintain ELEVATE document sharing platform up to date;
c. Manage accounts and access rights in ELEVATE data management systems;
2. Collect and create global operation and quality KPI, reporting on monthly basis; provide analysis for hub leaders and followup improvement actions;
3. Organize monthly operational hub review meeting and maintain meeting minutes for circulate;
4. Support other quality and integrity projects or duties as designated

Preferred Qualifications:
? Good communication skills;
? Detail oriented and good time management;
? Able to handle confidential and sensitive information;
? Good command of English both oral and written;
? Good command of office software, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
