职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Quality control during shipping and package process, ensure self-inspection by operators is implemented based on checklist effectively and completely.发货和出货阶段的质量检验，确保工人自检的有效性
2.Release NC report after inspection and/or audit.完成NC报告
3.Monitor and ensure NC material can’t flow without approval.确保NC无法流转到下一步
4.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of self-inspection by operators, if it is not effective, take actions or timely report his/her leader.监督工人的自检情况，及时跟车间反馈
5.On-site drive quality continuous improvement, if repeatable/big quality problem found, timely report to leader besides releasing NC report.持续改善
6.Implement daily process audit and release findings with suggestions.及时给予改善建议
7.Ensure EHS compliance.符合安全要求
Qualifications：
1. College degree or technical school with experience of mechanical, engineering.中技大专以上学历，机械相关专业
2. At least 3-year working experience. And he/she has the working experience of quality control such as in-process, final inspection etc.3年以上过程和终检相关经验
3. Good at execution.执行力强
4. Analytical and feedback skill, good communication.沟通良好
5. Positive attitude.积极的工作态度
