岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略规划制定实施加盟策略计划。
2、分析、掌握市场发展趋势、商圈变化，及时做出正确判断，提出应对策略与措施。
3、负责全国加盟市场的拓展工作，制定年度拓展计划，大力拓展空白市场，实现公司指定的拓展目标。
4、开发、管理新的渠道合作者，增加营销效益。
5、熟悉国内男装市场，深挖潜力市场。
6、指导加盟商选择店铺，及时考察和评估备选店铺，确保开店的质量。
7、参与订货会，完成公司下达的订货指标。
8、负责客户业务沟通，及时了解销售经营情况、回款等工作。
9、帮助加盟商在营运的过程中出现的问题，提升加盟商的营运能力。
任职要求：
1、8年以上服装行业销售管理经验，3年以上同等岗位工作经验，有零售管理、拓展同等岗位经验。
2、具备男装行业渠道资源，有良好的业内人脉资源，有一定的市场布局观。
3、具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力，市场感觉敏锐，性格外向，具有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力，较强的公关能力、应变能力及谈判能力。
4、能接受定期出差，能承受较大的工作压力。
5、专科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业。
