Responsibilities:
? Contributes to the vision, and leads the backlog refinement and preparation process being primarily responsible for building, pruning and maintaining team backlog
? Defines iterations and user stories and accepts iteration increments
? Drives iteration goals and iteration content via prioritized stories
? Establishes story acceptance criteria; accepts stories into the baseline
? Manages requirements dependencies with other teams, negotiating and reprioritizing as appropriate
? Understands and works collaboratively to develop a product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio in line with market trends, customer needs, business strategy and agreed budgets
? Manages customer relationship with possible conflicting priorities while maintaining a focus on primary product strategy objectives
? Works with customer to define priorities to implement projects and program

Requirements:
Education:
A recognized Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or relative discipline;

Competency and Skills:

? A recognized bachelor degree or above in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or relative discipline
? Solid experience (5 years+) working within multi-national product development lifecycles
? Excellent at working closely with UX designers, software architects, developers and testers using agile processes and tools
? JIRA & Confluence skills preferred
? Effective communicator and negotiator
? Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
? Strong oral and written English
? Strategic product management skills such as product strategy and road mapping
? Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Agilist equivalent preferred 举报 分享
