职位描述：
Responsibilities:
As key member of the R&D team, he/she will:
1. Participate in new product development (product definition, concept and prototype development, verification & validation, design transfer)
2. Work on mechanical design, testing and manufacturing effort for new product development
3. Provide documentation for CE, UL or other standard along with design
4. Work with cross-functional team to ensure product design meets the requirement for manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
5. Assist supply chain selection and production process (assembly and inspection) development
6. Assist Mechanical Engineering Manager to support team and product development.

Qualification:
1. Above B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. M.S. degree in Mechanical engineering
3. Minimal 7 years working experience in mechanical design, testing, and manufacturing
4. Experience in complex product mechanical structure design.
Medical device or life science product development experience preferred.
5. Hands-on experience and solid capability in:
a) Excellent CAD software skill (like Pro/E, PDM etc.)
Pro/E is preferred.
b) Excellent experience & knowledge with product structure design, such as machine part, plastic part, sheet metal part, casting etc.
Proficient plastic knowledge preferred.
c) Good knowledge of common surface treatment, material properties of popular metal, plastic, or other materials
d) Good knowledge of tolerance design and calculation, stress analysis etc.
e) Experience with Design for Manufacturing, Testing, and Cost
f) Good knowledge of safety standard or regulatory process in product development
6. Good problem solving skill (root cause analysis, FMEA, Reliability etc.) and technical communication ability
7. Must be a team player. High self-motivation.
8. Global collaboration experience in matrix organization
