职位描述：
1. 6,000 to 8,000 per month.
2. This person should have:
a. Experience: in warehouse management – 5 to 10 years.
b. Experience using warehouse and inventory control software.
c. Familiar with construction goods and materials – prefer experience working with similar products.
d. English speaking, reading and writing – level 4 minimum.
3. Job based in Zhangjiagang 70 -80%. Shanghai office as needed – approximately 20 %.
4. Responsibilities:
a. Recording all incoming and outgoing goods.
b. Documenting all goods used for production.
c. Arranging storage of all materials.
d. Labeling and protection of all materials in the warehouse.
e. Using FIFO controlling the distribution of materials for all projects.
f. Reporting total usage of all materials for each project and, where applicable for each module/unit of a project.
g. Taking physical inventory after each project.
h. Reporting to procurement, production and finance department total remaining inventory after each project and at other times as required by the finance department.
i. Assigning duties to all warehouse staff to assure all requirements are met.
j. Other duties as required by senior management.

1.任职要求：
a.英语听、说、读、写能力良好，英语4级及以上（要求无障碍与外籍同事用英文沟通）
b.5-10年仓库管理经验
c.熟练操作仓库库存管理软件
d.熟悉建筑产品原料，有相关经验优先

2.工作地点在张家港工厂 （江苏省张家港市金港镇）80%左右，在上海办公室20%左右，根据项目进行情况而定

3.工作职责：
a.负责产品入库和出库记录
b.所有已使用的产品做好文件记录保存
c.安排管理所有库存产品
d.库房中所有产品做好编号标记，并妥善保存
e.使用FIFO控制所有产品在各个项目中的分配
f.对产品在各个项目中每个单元里的使用情况作出汇报
g.每个项目结束后进行实际库存盘点
h.向财务部汇报，项目结束后向采购部、生产部、财务部汇报库存情况
i.安排、指导和协助仓库管理助理按要求完成工作职责
j.完成公司领导交给的其他工作任务
