职位描述：
1. 协助上级建立健全人事招聘、培训、考核、薪酬、劳资关系等人力资源管理制度；
2. 协助完成招聘工作，初歩筛选简历，安排面试，入离职办理等；
3. 执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施；
4. 各项人事表单、数据维护，协助整理公司档案；
5. 人事资料整理；
6. 其他相关人力资源工作。

岗位要求：
1. 专科及以上学历，人力资源及相关专业优先；
2. 具备1-2年人力资源相关工作经验，对招聘、劳动关系等模块有基础的认识，熟悉当地劳动人事法规政策，熟悉社保、公积金流程；
3. 熟练使用办公软件及互联网，有良好的表格制作能力；
4. 逻辑思维清晰，擅于人际沟通 ，责任心强，有良好的职业道德，对工作细致、耐心、认真、负责。
