职位概述：
向学员推荐英语提升解决方案、根据客户的需求制定个性化的英语学习计划。和客户保持良好的关系，完成公司既定的销售目标。
主要职责：
1. 遵从公司标准流程，及时处理客户资料，了解客户需求。
2. 邀约客户到访，向客户提供专业的咨询以介绍英孚教育并推荐英语提升解决方案和个人英语学习计划
3. 和客服人员配合，积极维护客户关系，提供良好的学习体验，保证客户满意度。
4. 正确使用客户管理系统（Salesforce）并及时更新和编辑客户状态信息

岗位要求：
1. 大学本科相关专业
2. 2年销售、咨询或教育行业工作经验
3. 出色的沟通和表达能力
4. 流利的英语沟通技巧

Job Description:
Introduce EF’s English training courses and study plan according to customer’s needs. Develop good relationship with customer & achieve sales target.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer information and approach customers properly following company’s instruction
2. Invite customers to EF center and give professional consultation to introduce EF English courses and study plan according customers’ needs.
3. Work with CR department to ensure customers get good study experience. Develop good relationship with customers and get referrals
4. Edit customer information and sales status in Salesforce timely and correctly

Requirement:
1. Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent
2. About 2 years experience in sales, consulting or education line
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
4. Fluent English communication skill
