Responsibilities:

1.Manage the project team with high productivity ;

2.Develop ad hoc / customized research business in China and develop and manage a high quality local China team for this purpose;

3.Manage both qualitative and quantitative ad hoc / customized marketing research projects (initially through all phases including project design, costing, proposal preparation, data analysis, report preparation and presentation of results);

4.Promotion, marketing and sales of key CSD products utilized by the pharmaceutical industry - specifically ad hoc / customized marketing research, CAM promotional audits and related products;

5.Identify opportunities in China for the use of ad hoc / customized marketing research within the pharmaceutical industry and coordinate and liaise with relevant CSD staff;

6.Work with relevant CSD staff within the region and globally to ensure optimal and 'best practice' use of CSD products by pharmaceutical clients;

7.Product development / enhancement opportunities ;

8. Liaise with Fieldwork and Production Teams to ensure data accuracy and quality assurance requirements are met for all projects.



Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree at a minimum;
2.3+ years of experience in Market Research;
3.Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry;
4.Proficient in English, written and oral;
5.Strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure;
6.Good at communication, skillful to maintain clients;
7.Have initiative and autonomy;
8.Good organizational skills and hard working.
