The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:



· Support business developers in the preparation and improvement of sales materials and delivery reports.

· Manage and update the computerized customer and prospect database, as well as other sales related

materials.

· Develop presales documents including the quotation and contract documents under the directions of the

business developers.

· Develop marketing materials under the directions of the management and business developers.

· Assist in sales result tracking and other management needs on a regular basis.

· Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions to improve current process and aid business

and organizational development.

· Carry out market and competitive intelligence research to facilitate sales activities.



Requirements:



· Bachelor degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, health discipline or life sciences.

· At least 1 year working experience. The experience in the research industry will be preferred.

· Detail oriented, sharp, patient and hard working

· Proactive and keen to learn new things

· Good communication skill

· Proficient in the use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and ideally

Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email.

· Fluent English (both written & Oral).

· High proficiency of Microsoft, especially Excel, PPT
