职位描述：
Title：Accounting Supervisor
Report Line：WestRock Greater China Finance Manager
Direct Report: 3
Location: Wuxi

Summary：Be responsible for overall accounting operations (accounting/JDE system maintenance, closing and inventory booking，Hyperion Reporting and Management Reporting)

Responsibilities：
1. Manage and coach accounting team (including all other team function AR/AP/GL/TAX/Treasury.);
2. Maintain standard cost and other important information in JDE system;
3. Coordinate and supervise monthly closing in finance department and other relevant departments;
4. Execute costing procedure and make costing reports;
5. Make variance analysis on cost and expense on monthly basis as well as ad hoc cost analysis related to key customer and project;
6. Check bookings in JDE system with the original records provided by warehouse regarding receipt and delivery of RM and FG;
7. Assist finance manager to coordinate and make plan, budget and forecast;
8. Handle other tasks finance manager assigned.
9. All closing related reports, including US required reports and local government reports;
10. Lead and support the internal and external audit tasks.

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree preferably in finance and accounting
2. At least 5 years working experience of accounting
3. Good command of English, good communication skills
4. Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of financial and analytical techniques
5. Capability to plan own work and respect deadlines.
