Responsibility:
？ Responsible for SCRM business/product project management to achieve the business target
？ Responsible for the communication & coordination in project management and integration with business、operation、technology & products departments to keep the high efficiency for business
？ Involved in pre-sale consulting when needed
？ Responsible for building, growing and developing team

Qualification：
？ Bachelor's or master's degree in computer-related disciplines from accredited university
？ Have more than 7 years in IT project management and technical services
？ Full scale project manage on planning, resource allocation, execution and deliverables
？ Experience of working with recognized development processes and exposure to all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
？ Can demonstrate extensive practical and theoretical knowledge of technologies
？ Have strong problem solving capability and communication skills
？ Strong leadership skills
？ Good sense of mentoring and guiding people
？ Self-motivate and self-driven
？ Strong decision making capability
