职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Drive the implementation of development projects
? Lead sourcing of new materials and textile technologies
? Responsible for overseeing all aspects of development projects
? Initiate and develop practical and innovative process as well as to create timeline for project execution
? Work closely with clients, USA counterparts and local teams

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Comprehensive technical knowledge in different aspects (yarns, fabrics, trims and materials, with sport apparel, manufacturing process & etc.)
? Excellent project management skills and be a strategic thinker
? Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
? Ability to work independently on multiple projects
? Well organized and be able to prioritize tasks
? Take up ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by superior
? Fluent English (both speaking and writing) and Mandarin is a MUST

Minimum Qualifications:
? University Degree in any discipline (preferred in Textile, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Commerce)
? At least 10 years of experience working in Textile industry (related to fabric, materials, functional sports and or sporting goods related field)
? Background in chemical usage, materials manufacturing, textile dyeing and various type of process like printing and finishing
? Candidate with experience in both soft goods and hard goods gained from sporting goods or related field is highly recommended
? Candidate with less experience in technical aspect but has proven record in project management with excellent English speaking skill will also be considered 举报 分享
