职位描述：
工作职责：
1、独立负责服务项目，根据核心策略带领团队细化执行，对项目的各个环节进行有效的执行和控制，使项目达到预期的目标和效果；
2、保持与相关客户良好的沟通，协助团队成员的良好沟通，并保障沟通的高效；
3、根据策略判断创意工作的正确性，并提出改进意见；
4、与其他部门就项目安排达成一致，并监督执行；
5、熟悉工作流程，并严格安装流程管理监督团队成团遵守工作流程；
6、服务过程，准备把握客户动向，并及时与上级保持良好沟通；

职位要求：
1、广告、传媒、市场营销、公共关系相关专业本科以上学历；
2、5年以上4A广告公司工作经验，汽车行业客户服务经验优先；
3、熟悉客户部相关工作流程；
4、具备整理市场资料，独立思考，拟定策略的能力；
5、项目管理能力强，能够有效管理和安排工作；
6、沟通理解能力强，逻辑清晰，有进取心，善于表达，善解人意，良好的团队合作能力，能够承受较大的工作压力；
