职位描述：
To implement the related purchasing activities according to the requirements of Group Directive and company system.
1. Responsible for assigned program purchasing work;
2. Responsible for connection and team work with commodity purchasing;
3. Responsible for Initiation of sourcing pipeline / AIS;
4. Specification of material like demand planning, technical requirement, project mile-stones and target cost;
5. Responsible for PEP planning and execution;
6. Assist commodity for supplier negotiation;
7. Assist development status management of purchased part;
8. Support to define capacity requirements;
9. Purchasing order and invoice management;
10. Purchasing contract and document management;
11. Ball park calculations on product level (BOM);
12. (VE/VA) Responsible for the organization of optimizing material cost of products (VE/VA);
13. Bill of Material management for product material costs;
14. Drive and support product change management;
15. Tracking of purchasing measures and forecasts Plant;
16. Achievement of Localization Targets
17. Introduction of new suppliers in the supply chain system;
18. Responsible for the organization of supplier performance assessment;
19. Drive Make and Buy decision (represents BU view);
20. Assist purchasing system data management

Basic Requirements
Working experience : Working experiences in Automotive industry and purchasing function;
Education: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering related major;
English: Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
