职位描述：
Responsibilities
？ Establish and maintain research databases and provide market assessment to senior management and clients
？ Provide in-depth analysis on market trend and development
？ Conduct quarterly market research, and produce topical paper
？ Conduct presentation to clients, including investors and other stakeholders
？ Working with Marketing & Communications Department on market commentary and other presentation materials
Skills & Experience
？ At least three years’ experience in real estate research, consultancy, valuation or related business
？ A bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines; Foreign background is preferred but not necessary
？ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin, with sound writing skills in both languages
？ Presentable; Logical thinking with sound analytical skills particularly on a project focus
？ Good grasp of China’s Real Estate Market
