SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :

General概述
1. Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for F&B advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.

2. Helps with the publication of hotel’s newsletter(s).

3. Supports communications duties and functions.

5. Assists in developing F&B promotional materials in support of the F&B Marketing
        Calendar and dining programs

6. Ensures the Hotel’s website and related websites are updated on a regular basis.

1. Assists and supervises the maintenance of a comprehensive list of International/ local and F&B media contacts. Manages assigned accounts as per the media account management system.

2. Assists in the writing and distribution of all press releases, with an emphasis on F&B.

1. Supports the liaison between the communications department and advertising agency on the food & beverage tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans.

2. Manages the maintenance of F&B media schedules as well as prompt settlement of accounts.

Collateral 负责
1. Manages the coordination and execution of all Hotel and F&B printed materials.
