Working with Project management team and support them on out-sourcing products for project and manage the full product life circle.

与项目管理团队合作并支持他们的外包产品和项目管理，并管理产品的整个生产周期

Sourcing & Products development /供应商开发及产品开发:

1. Sourcing for new suppliers and prepare quotation of new projects from vendors.

开发新的供应商，并为新项目获取报价

2. Evaluate vendors’ capability; keep track of vendors’ performance and report timely. Monitoring and reporting of production status as required by project management team

评估供应商的产能；持续跟踪供应商的绩效并日常性的汇报，应项目管理团队要求日常监控并汇报工厂的生产状况

3. Working with vendors and internal parties to ensure product quality control as well as meet project requirement, fulfill on-time shipment and other requirements.

与供应商和公司内其它部门合作确保产品质量达到项目的要求，及时出货或其它要求

4. Troubleshoot any issues that come up in production and work with factory to ensure on-time delivery and notify Project Manager if there are any major delays.

及时解决生产过程中的问题，并和工厂合作确保及时交货，如果有任何延误及时沟通项目经理

5. With an eye for detail, highly flexible, result-oriented, ability to work effectively in a team environment and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

6. Bring potential problems to attention of Sourcing Manager and/project management team

及时提请采购经理和项目管理团队注意潜在的问题

7. Help to identify and solve problems

协助确认和解决问题

Vendor relations and capacity management/供应商关系和生产管理

1. Create strong relationships with all of our key vendors

和核心供应商建立稳健的合作关系

2. Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production.

和供应商建立和保持良好关系，确保产品开发和生产顺利

Liaise with QA/QC team/和质量管理小组日常联络

1. Arrange inspection schedule across factories

安排品检人员到工厂的日程

JOB COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE/工作能力和经验

Knowledge/知识

1. Minimum 6 years of practical experience in furniture products

至少6年有关各类家具产品的经验

2. Knowledge of sourcing and product development

有供应商开发和产品开发经验

3. Have a good understanding of the manufacture technology and commercial nature of the furniture structure. Familiar with material and manufacture technology

对于家具结构，有较好的工艺和商业性质的理解；熟悉材料和加工工艺

4. Able to read and understand furniture drawings and customer requirements

能读懂并正确理解家具图纸及客户需求

Skills/技能

1. Effective verbal and listening communications skills，Good written communications skills

良好的语言表达和聆听交流，良好的文字表达能力

2. Good organizational skills

良好的组织能力

3. Computer skills including the spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level

熟练的电子表格和文字处理，电子邮件操作

5. The capacity to use CAD drawing is an advantage

熟练操作CAD加分

6. Good at oral and written English will be big plus
