职位描述：
JWT Shanghai is looking for an Account Director with solid digital strategy background, mainly serving for famous milk powder client.

Role Resposiblities 
1. Initialized the marketing campaign ideas/strategy / digital for client.
 2. Establish a positive partnership with the clients, acting as a day to day contact for the Deputy for Advertising, coordinate with client and internally to fulfill client’s requirement.
3. Coordinating internally with Digital team and Creative to create the digital ideas for difference marketing campaign.
4. Capable to lead the team and organize internal and external resources to ensure the high quality of all kinds of creative contents’ production.
5. Creates a positive, collaborative, protective environment that ensures everyone on the team is well-equipped and motivated to create great work.  

What we need:
1. At least 6-8 years agency account/project management experience both on ATL and Digital.
2. Backgrounds on digital strategy to achieve high efficiency of digital campaign.     
3. Demonstrated excellence in managing and leading.          
4. Able to discern talent, coach staff and motivate others.     
5. Excellent English communication skill.      
6 .Give priority to who has working experience in international  milkpowder products or who has been a mother already. 举报 分享
