EF Education is currently seeking an in-house technical recruiter to join our team. We are building the next generation online learning product and are growing our technology teams.
This is an operational, hands-on recruitment role and you will be given a lot of autonomy. We are looking for an ambitious team member with a positive attitude. This is a great opportunity to join a great team in a growing company.

Responsibilities
? Own all tech recruitment for one company in the EF group including identifying, sourcing, assessing and hiring talent
? Proactively build candidate pipeline for open roles using a mix of recruitment channels such as online job-boards, social media, linkedin, etc
? Create and maintain good relationships with the hiring managers
? Assist in ensuring a cost-effective recruiting operation
? Screening all candidates via CV review, conducting virtual interviews and participating in face-to-face interviews if needed
? Assessing candidate suitability at each stage of process
? Manage offer process and on-boarding of candidates
? Assist the Recruitment Director with scheduling of executive (Director/VP/C-level) candidates.

Desired Skills and Experience
? 3+ years in a tech recruiting role for a foreign company
? Demonstrated success recruiting in a high-volume hiring environment, specifically engineers with javascript, iOS, Android, .NET or automated testing
? Significant experience and knowledge with direct sourcing
? Independent performer, able to deliver results with minimum supervision
? Experience working directly with senior hiring managers with ability to influence, inform and negotiate.
? The ability to interact, connect and discuss with technical staff
? Solid understanding and experience of the entire recruitment flow –including reaching out to candidates, interviewing, assessing and negotiation
? Strong communication skills and ability to build confidence and trust in leading the recruitment process
? Good English communication skills (both spoken and written)
? Flexible, adaptive problem solver
