2 x HSSE Supervisor
? Start date 01-02-2017 or sooner
? 1 year + 1 year under Brunel
? Monday – Friday 8am – 17pm
? Shuttle bus from the MTR to site
? HKD 25,000-35,000 per month + 1 month bonus (
? Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power or Construction experience
? 5-8 years of HSE experience (see examples attached)
? Living in Hong Kong already
? Local and able to speak Cantonese
? This person will report to the Facility Engineer and will overview the contractors on site
? Must be handson and people person
? The reason this role is new as they will have many small projects the coming 2 years

Job
 
? Perform inspection on work areas and carry out site surveys/assessments to ensure safe work practices
? Oversee contractors in daily site operations and ensure adherece to safety regulations
? Lead and manage on-site HSE for projects as assigned
? Conduct site incident investigation and prepare investigations reports
? Prepare, check and submit daily and monthly safety reports
? Lead or participate in site audits and work area inspections
? Coordinate and participate in HSE meetings, trainings and campaigns
 
Requirements
? Degree/ Diploma in engineering disciplines/ project and construction management
? Above 5 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical/ Power/ Construction industry
? Strong understanding of local/ international HSE regulations and requirements; team leading experience is an added advantage
? Experience in site supervision in HSE-related areas
? Possession of industry safety certifications
? Fluent in English and Cantonese
? Must be currently based in Hong Kong
Senior Project Engineer & Project Engineer / site supervisor
? Start date ASAP
? 1 year + 1 year under Brunel
? Monday – Friday 8am – 17pm
? Shuttle bus from the MTR to site
? HKD 25,000 / HKD 30,000 per month + 1 month bonus (if you have someone really good please still send)
? Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power or Construction experience
? 5-8 years of Project Engineer and Supervisor experience (see examples attached)
? Living in Hong Kong already
? Local and able to speak Cantonese

Job
 
? Develop project plans including engineering design/procurement, vendor selection and mobilization, construction and commissioning, etc.
? Manage the interface and communication processes between internal/external stakeholders on all project activities
? Assess relevant risks to changes in technical specifications, manage and document specification changes
? Manage project budgets/costs
? Review work schedules/plans, identify areas of performance improvement, cost reduction, and resource optimization, etc.
? Assist project/ construction manager with tasks including site supervision and progress monitoring for projects
? Ensure projects are carried out in line with industry quality and safety standards
Requirements
 
Our client is looking for a Project Engineer (Hong Kong) that meets the following requirements:
? Degree/ Diploma in engineering disciplines/ project and construction management
? Above 7 years of experience as project engineer in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical/ Power/ Construction industry
? Involvement in downstream Turnaround/ Shutdown projects
? Extensive experience in site supervision
? Experience with budgeting, contract and procurement management
? Good understanding of industry standards, team leading experience is an added advantage
