OVERVIEW
The Certification Engineer will take care of all the activities of the product certification of new projects & renewal of current product timely to make sure all of our products can meet the regulation requirement.（认证工程师主要负责新项目产品的认证和证书的更新的工作以确保公司的产品符合安规和法规的要求。）

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible for the product certification tasks of new projects together with project team and suppliers, include the communication with the suppliers and external lab to make sure the certificate of product can be available on time（负责新产品的认证工作，包括和项目组，供应商和第三方实验室的沟通协调确保产品所需的证书可以按时拿到）
? Responsible for the renewal activities of existing certificate, include regulation update and certificate expiration etc.（负责现有证书的更新工作，包括安规的升级更新和证书的到期）
? Responsible to give the feedback about the regulation updates of UL, Energy Star and DLC etc. after collect the info from all the related areas（当UL/Energy Star/DLC等安规要求有升级或变更的时候，负责在收集了相关部门的意见以后，反馈给安规的制定机构）
? Keep monitoring the updates or changes of related regulations and assess the impact to the current product together Marketing and R&D department（持续关注安规的升级和变化，和市场部及研发部评估对公司现有的产品的影响）
? Train the related functions about the regulation requirements, includes the changes or upcoming changes. （给相关部门培训有关安规的要求，包括变化或将要生效的变化）

REQUIREMENTS
? More than 3 years about certificate and standard compliance related work experience in LED Lighting industry, focus on UL, Energy Star, DLC etc, （3年以上LED照明行业的相关产品认证的经验，尤以北美产品和认证为佳，例如熟悉UL， 能源之星和DLC等）
? Has basic understanding about the requirements of key regulations for US market for LED Lamps and Luminaires（对LED光源和灯具的主要的产品认证要求有基本的理解和经验）
? Bachelor degree or above on Engineering, like mechanical and electrical engineering（大学本科工科专业以上毕业，机械或电子专业）
? Good communication skills, can well communicate with different stakeholders（具有良好的沟通能力，无论是内部还是外部）
? Can take the initiative （工作主动）
? Can work independently with less supervision（可以独立工作）
? Strong ability to work with cross functional team（良好的团队合作精神）
