1.Brand Management
? Own the preparation, development, implementation & evaluation of Brand plan activities.
? Develop aggressive growth strategy to win with new consumers, new channels and new MOCs.
? Devise engaging strategies to drive brand presence and bar tender advocacy in the Small Trendy Bar channel
? Develop digital strategy and plan to amplify social impact and to recruit and retain consumers
? Deliver disruptive DUDE experiences for the tribe through secondary sponsorships and use of pop up bar at on-trade events
? Develop bartender community strategy and facilitate implementation
? Working closely with brand owner function to ensure effective development of local brand strategy in line with global brand directions whilst proactively communicating relevant information.
? Work closely with the consumer insights team to develop strong consumer insights into the target consumer, key opportunities and strategic direction for the defined portfolio.
? Build a smooth communication with activation and sales team to ensure the brand strategy developed is translated into optimal trade solutions.
2.Financial Management
? Challenge the spend required for each marketing activity to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of spend to reach the defined brand goals.
? Proactively challenge all quotes from key partners and agencies to ensure we are continuously getting the best value.
3.Business Leadership
? Champion within the business to ensure sufficient focus is placed behind it. Create and drive internal education program to engage the business . Be the face of the brand within the business.
? Devise expansion strategy, get management approval and engage key stakeholders for the roll out with Sales team.
? Presenting proposals, briefs, plans and activities to top management, brand owners, the sales team, technical team, customers, suppliers, etc.
? Lead cross functional teams to achieve key business objectives.
? Liaise with all stakeholders on various marketing issues and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders – especially trade development & the domestic sales teams.
4.People Management
? Manage the graduate Brand Ambassadors and ensure that the Performance and Development Review (PDR) process is fully embedded for the team including development plans.
? Coach the team to deliver their individual objectives and competency building.
Requirements:
? 5 years above working experience in marketing industry, with craft beer or premium whisky background preferred
? Strong strategic thinking, commercial sense and strong communication skills with trade function and sales
? Familiar with MOT, EC and trendy bar channels
? Proven brand management ability in both planning and execution
? Familiar with cocktails and cocktail consumers, into dude street culture preferred
? Good leadership and strong influential skills and can manage people of diversified nationalities and backgrounds
? Fluent English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
? University graduate with bachelor degree or above
