  Critical Competency / 关键能力

· 5+ years’ experience
  within PLM area in automotive industry,
  prefer for OEMs

· Familiar with the
  PDM / CAD-related business and systems, skilled in TC, TCVis mockup and CATIA
  V5

· Familiar with
  Vehicle development process

· Fully understand
  Siemens PLM solution, tools, methods and process (including BOM, Teamcenter,
  TCPMM, TC Vis mockup, change management, issue management, part management
  etc.) and familiar with the interface between upstream and downstream
  processes and system

· Familiar with
  Dassault PLM solutions, (including Enovia, CATIA V5, and teamcenter
  integration with CATIA V5)

· Familiar with
  overall ES team’s working scope, tasks, roles and responsibilities within
  automotive OEMs.

· Good oral and
  written communication skills (English and Chinese)

· Bachelors degree, Education background and professional knowledge：Automobile、Mechanical Manufacture、Electronics or other
  related majors bachelor and above

· Managing and update data
  migration plan, milestones and delivery

· Create new product feature
  and release in PLM system

· Create new part partition in
  PLM system

· BOM usage check, rule check

· GPC, FND check

· BOM/CAD alignment check and
  review

· Create new part No.

· EBOM update

· Business and system
  training, implement support for BOM , CAD/PDM and change and release process

· Issue and Requirement
  collection、Preliminary

· Coordinating with WuHu

· Each vehicle BOM
  maintenance(including CGBOM system data maintenance, workflow approval, BOM validation, as well
  as the BOM list of derivatives in the process of preparation, publish and
  archive)

· Providing Data Migration

· Dealing with VISmockup issue

· VISmockup implement

· Dealing with CAE integration
