Qualifications:

Main purpose of the role:

To identify and recruit specialists to Third Bridge’s network of industry experts to help facilitate consultations between industry specialists and our clients (Private Equity Companies, Hedge Funds and Management Consultancies) in order to help them make insightful investment decisions.

Project execution

- Generate effective work plans for projects and execute appropriately
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the various industries on which our clients focus in order to provide an improved service
- Work within a team and operation teams in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Mumbai office to ensure projects are completed successfully and within the required timescales
- Facilitate consultations; scheduling calls between our clients and specialists, arranging for interpreters, assisting specialists complete pre-consultation processes
- Continuously review processes and make suggestions for improvements where necessary

Specialist communication

- Use internal and external tools to source Industry specialists
- Identify new sources of specialists wherever possible
- Recruit specialists to our specialist network

Client relationship

- Attend client meetings or events as necessary
- Carry out post -consultation and post -project calls to gather feedback
- Build relationships with clients and deliver consistently good service

Qualifications:

-Fluency in Korean and English, native Korean is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to carry out research and take a focused and logical approach to project work
- Strong general business understanding and common sense
- IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
- Good educational background
- Outstanding social and networking skills
- Ability to convince (great sales skills)
- Willing to work in a busy environment which is, at times, high pressure
- Flexible, motivated and willing to ‘go the extra mile’
- Resourceful and creative

Desired requirements:

- Two or three years working experience in the marketing research firm
- Good understanding of financial markets (debt, equity, derivatives etc.) 举报 分享
