职位描述：
MISSION
? Provide professional and quality customer product sampling using current printing technologies
? Provide professional sampling data analysis link to each individual sales prospects, substrates, customer sector, ink and technology which is vital info to sales & marketing
? Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe Print Sample Lab in accordance with all applicable EH&S safety and legal regulations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES&ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Provide pre-sales sample support to China Operations
对大中华区运作提供售前样品支持
2.Produce realistic, quality, print samples according to the sales and tech requests
根据销售和技术的要求制作可用的质量可靠的打印样品
3.Provide timely and effective responses to customer requests such as ink recommendations and applications solutions and when request is outside acceptable performance
对内部客户的要求（销售和技术）提供及时有效的反馈，如油墨类型推荐和应用解决方案及当要求超出可接受的性能
4.Escalate sampling request to GDS 3 Sampling Line when no local solution is available
提交样品要求至GDS 3样品室
5.Assist the Consumable Product Expert in providing post-sales Level 2 technical support assistance on MI supply / consumable products
协助消耗品专家就MI供应/耗材提供售后第二级别技术支持
6.Provide accurate documentation of the print sampling activities and also update data of consumable products and applications
提供准确的打印样品行为技术文件及更新耗材、产品和应用的最新数据
7.Regular report submission of the presales activities and Success Rates
定时提交售前行为和成功率报告
8.Support product development testing of new inks through sample printing and testing
通过样品打印和测试支持新油墨产品升级测试
9.Keep up to date on markem-imaje products, technology, organizations, customers, etc. to ensure a complete understanding of the China business
保持更新markem-imaje产品、技术、组织、客户等信息，确保充分理解大中华区业务

RESPONSIBILITY
? Diploma or Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent in experience
大专以上，技术相关专业或相当经验
? 2+ years working in a technical environment, preferably within Sales or Service in a Distribution organization
2年以上技术相关工作经验，有在分销机构的销售或服务经验优先
? Experience working in an organization requiring regular interactions with cross-functional colleagues at all levels
之前工作要求各部门各级别同事间互动的经验
? Knowledge of Markem-Imaje products (printer and consumables) preferred but not mandatory
了解Markem-Imaje产品（打印机和耗材）知识优先
? Good communications skills
良好的沟通能力
? Good verbal and written command of Chinese; medium English knowledge to understand technical documentations, translate for distribution and communicate with GDS 3 experts
良好的口头及书面中文，中级英语水平，能理解、翻译技术性文件并于GDS 3专家交流
? Good analytical skills;follow-through and follow-up skills
良好的分析能力、跟进能力
? Possible travel requirements to Tech Centers, customers, offices
可能需要去技术中心，客户处及各办公室出差
? Travel estimated at < 5%; may exceed this during peak demand periods
