职位描述：
Make documents for customer declaration, contact forwarder to book transport, make or check invoice, packing list, picking list, bill of lading and other shipping documents, handle import and export custom clearance for indirect material such as cutting tools and equipment，monitor and track delivery schedule to guarantee materials deliver on time to meet customer and production requirement, check and record transportation cost, make payment application, solve related clearance issue and inspection problem timely, communicate with related functions and reduce impact to minimum when customer clearance is delayed.
制定报关资料；联系和安排货代订舱运输; 制定或核对发票，装箱单，提货单和其他运输文件；处理刀具和设备等间接物料的进出口报关；货物跟踪与协调，确保物料准时到达, 运输费用核对，记录，发票请款；及时解决相关通关和商检问题; 当清关不及时时，需要及时和相关部门沟通，减少延误损失；

Take responsibility for customer service, including order entry into ERP system, handling emails and urgent phone calls from all customers, make delivery schedule to meet sales requirement within maximum capacity and material availability.
负责客户服务，包括输入订单到ERP系统，处理所有客户的邮件和紧急电话，制定合理发货计划,根据生产产能和物料可用性尽最大可能满足客户需求。

Make monthly/weekly/daily production plan, issue production job order, monitor and follow up the implementation of production schedule.
负责制定月/周/日生产计划 ，准时下达生产工单，监控生产按计划进行。

Following conditions shall be considered before making production plan:
生产计划前必须考虑到以下情况：
Machine capacity； 设备产能；
Material availability；原材料可用性；
Machine availability；设备可用性；
Manpower availability； 人员到位状况；

Follow up production status closely according to Production Schedule. If there is abnormality that could affect delivery schedule, the planner shall contact and the customer immediately and establish a new delivery schedule. The production plan should be adjusted accordingly and distributed to respective departments.
紧密跟踪生产进度，确保交付准时完成，若有异常会影响到产品交期，计划员需要及时与顾客联系并进行协调。计划员将根据协调后的交期重新拟定《生产计划表》并发放到相关部门。

Working closely with maintenance, PCE/PDE functions and project team to reserve time for preventative maintenance schedules, new product introductions and other planned schedule to ensure minimal impact to customer orders.
和维修部门,工程部门和项目组紧密合作，为维修预防保养，新产品导入和其他停线计划预留时间，减少对客户订单的影响。

Provide performance reports timely, for example, premium freight, transit time analysis, big delay analysis, forwarder delivery performance, sales delivery performance, FG/SFG stock ratio, obsolescence /slow mover inventory analysis, material shortage, production order performance, etc.
及时提供绩效报告， 譬如，额外空运费用率, 运输交货期，重大延误分析和货代交付准时率, 销售订单交付表现，成本库存率，呆料分析，原材料短缺，工单完成率等。

Fulfill tasks assigned by supervisor with quality and quantity assured before deadline. Willing to handle flexible logistic job if needed.
保质保量准时完成上级交办的工作任务。当需要时，愿意承担其他物流工作安排。

任职条件：
College degree or above with major in business or equivalent subject
大专学历以上，商务或相应专业

Good command of English in both oral and written.
良好的口头和书面英语表达能力。

With strong application ability of Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
较强的办公软件应用能力，文档、数据表格、PPT应用软件。

3+ years working experience of import and export and production planning experience in mechanical manufacturing or automotive industry background preferred.
3年以上进出口和生产计划工作经验，机械制造或汽车行业从业背景优先。
