Summary of Job Function :
工作职责

1. Molding process control: 1, Process characterization / optimization studies to determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements. 2, Investigation and reporting of manufacturing process-related failures, determining root cause, and trail run of new project.
负责塑料产品生产流程优化，解决生产中注塑工艺出现的技术难题，从而满足客户的需要, 调查报告生产过程中和工艺相关的问题和造成的根本原因，并负责新项目模具的试制。

2．Manager molding machine, maintain and improve machine capability and efficiency.
    管理注塑设备， 确保设备能力及设备效率。
3．Take leader in the process improvement both in process and machine of manufacturing procedure to improve productivity and reduce scrap rate.
 领导生产加工相关注塑工艺及设备的技术改进，提高效率，减少报废率。

4．Work within other group and all departments to maintain team and multi-discipline problem-solving approach and product innovation.
与其他部门的共同努力，使得整个部门有高效的解决问题和创新能力。
5．Follow up the acceptable and confirmable of new molds for new project, and relevant DOE testing process
负责新项目所用模具的验收和跟进，并做好相关的DOE测试流程。建立归档保存。

Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能
1. Responsible for all aspects of plastics manufacturing processes and machine, including process standardization and improvement, machine capability and efficiency, to sustain production in quality and efficiency perfermance.
      负责整个注塑工艺及设备，包括过程标准化及改进, 注塑设备能力维护及提升, 确保生产过程的质量和效率表现。
2. Approve plastic injection specification: WI ,SOP, PFMEA,and PM work instruction
      审阅批准注塑工艺及设备标准及文件，如：WI, PFMEA, PM标准, 备件清单等.
3. Focus and implement action to improve injection process goals: molding machine OEE,
molding scrap rate and unplanned downtime. Ensure continues improvement and product integrity are in place.
      专注所有注塑过程目标， 并提升相关表现：设备OEE, 注塑良率及设备停机率， 确保过
      程不断提升 ，确保产品在良好的状态下生产。


Know-How Requirements
职位要求
1. college graduated or above
大学毕业或以上学历

2. More than 7 years experience in injection molding process or machine
7年以上注塑工艺或注塑设备相关工作经验

3. Able to skillfully use CP, FMEA, DOE, work method, etc. Ability to implement lean improvement
能熟练使用CP,FMEA, DOE等工作方法。具备精益生产改进的能力.

4. Be familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000 & TS16949 system requirement
熟悉ISO9000，ISO14000和TS16949体系要求

5. Familiar with IMM structures both vertical and horizontal & whole molding process flow chart
精通立式和卧式注塑机的结构与性能，能独立进行整个工艺流程的调试；

6. Be good at teamwork and management, strong leadership
善于团队作业和管理, 具备领导能力

7. Familiar with a working knowledge of Windows and office software
熟悉计算机Windows系统操作和 Office软件运用

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通技巧和人际关系

9. Good English skills in written & oral & listening
