职位描述：

Job Responsibilities:

1. Secretarial Support

- Provide professional secretarial and administration support to GM and team;

- Calendar, call and agenda management

- Document translation and management

- Document drafting, maintain and filing

- Submitting and tracking T & E

- Coordinate with other functions to accomplish work assignments

- Excellent skills on ppt/meeting minutes is added value

2. Travel and Meetings
- Travel arrangements for immediate supervisor and team through travel agency
- Meeting support for internal and external meetings including off-site meeting coordination
- Visitor support and arrangement

3. Special Projects
- Manage special projects such as data collection and tracking

- Deal with emergencies

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree, major in English, Business Administration or relevant.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Good Command of Written and Oral English
- TEM-8 or equivalent preferred
- Good Computer Skill (Power point, Excel, Word)

- Have common sense and good command of logical thinking
- Able to multi-task , work under pressure and still maintain high quality
- Passionate about work, has the 'can do' and 'must do better' spirit

- Have good personal character of Work ethic, Humility, Integrity, and Maturity
- Professional attitude with strong IP awareness and job sense
- Good personality, pro-active, efficient
