职位描述：
Job Description：

1. Engine line new process management:
Business plan & Investment study according to BoD data;
New products launching content study and process analysis;
Work for new variants process FMEA, control plan and work instruction;
Production volume plan analysis and capability study;
Production line process retooling feasibility study;
Planning a project and forecast completed procedure within the given deadline;
Monthly report, weekly report within time management, budget management.
2. Production line EEM (Earlier Equipment Management) project developing；
Communicate with group global plants for data base obtain and readiness, involve in manufacturing permission assign and specification study.
Organize Machining line/Assembly line/Test bench new project launch meeting.
Launch technical proposal discussion conference, finalize technical agreement.
Invite bidding，investigate equipment supplier level and examine programming possibility.
Support purchaser for equipment quoted price pre-audit, organize bidding evaluation and quotation summary.
Organize co-design audit approval for suppliers.
Organize run-off at supplier’s plant and do pre-acceptance check.
Organize supplier on-site installation, commissioning, debug the open-issues, run-off machinery, calculate capability index, and lead the production pilot run;
Launch PPAP run-off and do cutting tools / gauges / machinery process capability study.
3. Involve in local plant business plan and CAPEX study;
Support to plant technical department to do manufacturing investment details study.
Check business demand volume and research equipment/line feasibility.
Prepare materials and do investigation for MFG improvement on CAPEX request.
4. Production continuously improvement;
Support to local plant technical department;
Process optimization and cost-down study, involve supplier for improving efficiency.
Machinery function improve and feasibility retooling.
OEE study with cycle time optimized solution.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
? Familiar with AutoCAD, familiar with Q-Das/Minitab Quality tools;
? Experience of Engine function and familiar with 3C parts producing process;
? Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English;
? Ability to travel to global locations in frequency;
? Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactive, quick learning ability and good team work.

Employment Criteria / Requirements:
? 8-10 years manufacturing experience with demonstrated ability to produce innovative and successful processes to meet project schedules and cost targets of production consuming.
? BA degree in Mechanical engineering ( or related subject )
